Organised by Sultan Qaboos University (SQU), represented by the College of Economics and Political Science, in collaboration with the Islamic Research and Training Institute of the Islamic Development Bank, the conference was held under the patronage of Sheikh Nasser bin Hilal al Ma'awali, chairman of the State's Financial and Administrative Audit Institution.
