KUWAIT CITY, Jan 9: Kuwaiti actress Abeer Khedr will undergo corneal and lens surgery in her left eye at the Ophthalmology National Center in a hospital in the French capital, reports Al-Anba daily. The actress asked her colleagues in the artistic community and her fans in the Gulf to pray for her.
Meanwhile, famous Egyptian singer Angham and Saudi singer Mohammad Abdo, along with the orchestra of Maestro Hani Farhaat, will perform in the big concert slated for Feb 15, 2018 as part of activities for this year's Hala February Festival, reports Al-Shahid daily. Rotana Audio and Visual Company will organize the concert.
Actress Haya Al-Shuaibi will travel to Saudi Arabia for the showing of her new play, 'Al-Bait Bait Abouna,' from Jan 11-27, 2018 in Riyadh and Jeddah, reports Al-Jarida daily. Other members of the cast include Soud Al-Ali, Sameera Abed, Nora Al-Omairi, Iman Al-Faisal and Sara Al-Yousif.
Cast of the social and horror play, 'Death Case,' started rehearsing for the play, reports Al-Anba daily. The play will be shown for five days starting from Jan 11, 2018 under the patronage and in the presence of Sheikh Duaij Al-Khalifa Al-Sabah who wrote the songs for the play. The cast includes Basema Hamada, Ahmad Iraj and Shihab Hajiya among many other stars.
