(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) The Board of Directors of Oman Olympic Committee (OOC) holds on Wednesday 20 December 2017 its fourth meeting this year at OOC premises in the presence of Sheikh Khalid Bin Muhammad Al Zubair, OOC Chairman.
The meeting will discuss a number of important issues, foremost of which is the ongoing preparations for participation in the 18th Asian Games scheduled to be held in Jakarta, Indonesia, during the period from 18 August – 2 September 2018. The meeting will also review the recommendations of the seminar entitled 'Sport for an Active Society' held at the Shura Council on Wednesday 25 October 2017.
Several reports will also be reviewed during the meeting, including the report of ANOC General Assembly in which Sheikh Khalid Al Zubair and Mr. Taha Al Kiahry took part.
