SPA Board of Directors took the following decisions:
1- Opening two SPA offices in the French Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany.
2- Approving SPA final account for the previous two years (1437H - 1438H); approving SPA budget for the fiscal year 1439H/1440H; and approving SPA annual report for the fiscal year 1437H/1438H.
3- Authorizing SPA President or his deputy to discuss and sign memorandums of cooperation between SPA and international news agencies.
4- Approving SPA media sponsorship according to the provided pricing and authorizing SPA President to start the implementation process.
5- Assigning SPA President or his deputy to prepare the terms and specifications for investing or leasing the Media Center and its facilities.
