Nissan teams up with Desailly and Basler to set ultimate challenge


(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- To celebrate the end of the UEFA Champions League group stage, Nissan surprised football fans on their way to a match by challenging them to put their playing skills and knowledge of Europe's biggest club competition to test.

Teaming up with former stars and UCL legends Marcel Desailly and Mario Basler, Nissan took to the streets of London and Munich to find fans who would had what it takes to not only answer a series of tough questions on the history of the UEFA Champions League but also test their football skills against Nissan's formidable crossover, the new X-Trail.

The fans capable of rising to the challenge won tickets to the match day 6 crucial final group games at both Chelsea and FC Bayern München. Nissan announced a three-year extension to its global partnership with the UEFA Champions League, including the UEFA Super Cup in September.
