(MENAFN) The Trump administration is being sought after by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) so as to avoid banning a couple of illegal immigrants from receiving abortion surgeries.
The ACLU stated Friday that the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) has prevented the women identified as Jane Roe and Jane Poe from getting abortions.
The recent legal dispute follows another case of a legal battle with the Trump administration where another undocumented immigrant who was also known as Jane Doe was approved of a sought-after abortion.
