Pakistan- PM convene meeting for reach consensus on Fata Reforms


(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) ISLAMABAD: The prime minister has summoned a meeting of all parliamentary parties to reach consensus on Fata Reforms Bill.

According to media reports, the meeting would also discuss delimitation to bring unity among the parties on delimitations of constituencies ahead of 2018 general elections.

Meanwhile, Governor Khyber Pakhunkhwa Iqbal Zafar Jhagra on meet a delegation of PML-N leaders from Fata and assured them that the government was serious in implementation of Fata Reforms.

He said that the government was implementing the Fata Reforms to ensure provision of provision of all basic facilities to the people of Fata.

The governor said that the government could not go back on its promises to bring Fata into mainstream and include it in China Pakistan Economic Corridor.
