Nina Marie Hutchinson and Kristan Roberts Ward have recently joined the Sentry Management's Nashville Division as community association managers.
Jennifer Elam, Division Manager of the Nashville Division, lauds the addition of Nina Marie and Kristan to the Division staff. Nina Marie Hutchinson is now Senior Community Association Manager and is located in Knoxville TN. She concentrates on supporting communities in the Knoxville, Lenoir City, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg areas. She has been in the community management industry since 2001.
Nina Marie has been privileged to work with communities in New Jersey, Florida and Tennessee. The types of communities she has worked with is quite varied, from large-scale HOA's having more than 700 single-family homes to luxury high-rise beach condominiums. She is even currently managing two rental cabin HOA's in Sevierville, Tennessee. Nina Marie holds both AMS (Association Management Specialist) and CMCA (Community Manager of Community Associations) designations through Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is working towards her PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) designation.
Kristan Roberts Ward, Community Association Manager, is a native of Middle Tennessee. She and business partners founded a community association company in Murfreesboro, TN in 2008 and successfully operated with a 100% client retention rate for ten years.
She currently holds the title of '2017 National Portfolio Manager of the Year' awarded by the Council of Community Association Professionals (CCAP) and to serves on the Board of Directors for CCAP. She earned the 'Young Guns' award for 'Entrepreneurs Shaping the Future of Business' and was asked to sit on the 'Common Wealth Society' for St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital.
Kristan's educational credentials include the designation as Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and she is in the process of completing the Association Management Specialist (AMS) from CAI.
