Passengers of the British Airways plane that made an emergency landing in the Heydar Aliyev International Airport have been sent to London on another plane of the airline, a source in the airport told Trend Dec. 12.
A Boeing 777 plane, en route from Mumbai to London, made an emergency landing in Baku Dec. 11 evening due to smoke in the cabin. Some 135 passengers and 17 crew members were on board the plane.
Boeing 777 will leave Baku when its crew is ready, according to the source.
