Turkey closes ports for ships that violate sanctions regarding economic relations with occupied Crimea Lutsenko

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Turkey has decided to close its ports for ships that violate sanctions regarding economic relations with the occupied Crimea.

Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko said this at a briefing on Tuesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"I consider a visit of Dzhemilev and representatives of the Crimean Prosecutor's Office [to Turkey] quite fruitful. As a result, Turkey adopted a tough decision, and according to our information it was immediately implemented to close Turkish ports for ships that violate sanctions regarding economic relations with the occupied Crimean peninsula," Lutsenko said.
