(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) CHARSADDA: The district administration on Tuesday announced to keep CNG stations shut during peak hours to ensure smooth supply of gas to domestic consumers.
The decision was taken during a meeting headed by Deputy Commissioner Charsaddda Muntazir Jan where district nazim Fahad Azam and owners of CNG pumps were present.
The DC said that CNG pumps would remained close from 6 to 8am and 4 to 6pm in the evening and violators would be fined heavily.
The decision was taken after domestic consumers held protests in various cities of the district against gas outages. The protesters had threatened to end the outages or else they would launch protest drive.
