UAE- Got a spare Dh25 million? Splash it on a Palm penthouse


(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Four penthouses have been unveiled at Muraba Residences on the eastern crescent of the Palm Jumeirah.

It was designed by Pritzker Prize laureates RCR Arquitectes and feature minimalist design aesthetic combined with sweeping sea and skyline views.

The penthouses are priced at Dh19 million for a four-bedroom unit, and Dh25 million for a five-bedroom unit.

Each features a private elevator lobby, with extended living areas and either four or five bedrooms, sized at 4,790 sq ft and 6,650 sq ft respectively.

The outdoor living area comprises four large terraces designed for entertaining or relaxing, as well as private balconies.

As with the 46 apartments, they were designed from the inside out," said Ibrahim Al Ghurair, founder of Muraba Properties, the development company behind Muraba Residences.

Muraba residents enjoy various amenities, including a swimming pool stretching the length of the building with sweeping sea views, gym, male and female indoor vitality pools, crystal steam rooms and experience showers, and 24-hour security and concierge services.
