Pakistani film stars journey to border with India seeking unity of artistes

(MENAFN- NewsIn.Asia) December 11 (Express Tribune): The cast of the Pakistani film Arth – The Destination rooted their charisma on the border with India at Wagah, to amalgamate the margins between on-again off-again brothers, Pakistan and India, through filmic art, or to put it more precisely, in order to spread a banquet of peace and unity through their upcoming film Arth – The Destination, which is slated to release on December 21, 2017.

With this humble and coalescing effort, Shaan Shahid, Humaima Malick and Mohib Mirza are most definitely on a mission to bring back the days when Pakistani heavyweights like Nazia Hassan wowed, and took India by storm with her song Aap Jaisa Koi in Indian film Qurbani.

And the icing on the cake back then was that we lived in a world sans banning of artists, ridicule against films that reeked of India-Pak magic, cross-border retaliation and inter-mix loathing.

With this peaceable visit, we hope to welcome an atmosphere that truly squeals 'art with no boundaries' – because fact is, and will always be, that art is limitless and no border can sojourn it from bleeding through.
