Musician Josh Homme apologize over kicking a photographer in the head

(MENAFN) After a female photographer claimed that Queens of the Stone Age musician Josh Homme kicked her in the face in a Los Angeles concert, he expressed his sincere apologies.

The photographer Chelsea Lauren shared footage on social media that shows Homme kick her while she captured photos in close range to the stage late Saturday, she complained "I now get to spend my night in the ER. Seriously, WHO DOES THAT?"

Later, the musician released a statement apologizing for her and clarifying that he wouldn't in a million years cause an intentional harm to anyone. However, when Ms. Lauren spoke to Variety Magazine she insisted that the incident was "obviously very intentional."

He described the incident saying "I saw him coming over and I was shooting away, he looked straight at me, swung his leg back pretty hard and full-blown kicked me in the face." The photographer also confirmed her determination to file a police report against the musician.
