AMMAN —AlGhad— The Amman Chamber of Commerce (ACC) called for merchants in Amman to suspend all commercial operations today, Sunday, for at one hour in show of protest over US President Donald Trump's decision to recognise Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. The sector responded to the ACC's call and held a one-hour strike between 12PM and 1PM, as merchants demonstrated in front of the Husseini Mosque in Downtown Amman.
