RAMALLAH — Dozens of Palestinian students on Sunday were suffocated during a rally in the Arroub refugee camp north of the West Bank city of Hebron, to condemn the United States decision on Jerusalem.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said in a statement that students at the camp's schools, organized a protest, which started from the camp's schools towards the Israeli military tower off the camp, adding that the students raised Palestinian flags and chanted Palestinian national slogans.

The society noted that clashes erupted between the students and the occupation soldiers who fired toxic gas canisters, stun grenades and rubber bullets, leaving dozens of the students suffocated.
