Pakistan- JI says 10,000 youth from FATA to participate in long march against FCR


(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) KHAR, 6 December: Jamaat-e-Islami Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Youth Wing general secretary Muhammad Yousaf has said 10,000 youth from FATA will participate in the long march against the Frontier Crimes Regulation (FCR) on 10 December.

Addressing a press conference along with other leaders of the Youth Wing at Bajaur Press Club on Tuesday, Muhammad Yousaf said they will hold a decisive march from Bab-e-Khyber to Islamabad. He said about 2,000 youth from Bajaur will also participate in the march.

Muhammad Yousaf said former JI chief Qazi Hussain Ahmed was the first to raise voice against the FCR and he endured several hardships including imprisonment while pursuing his mission. He said time is not far away when FATA will become part of KP. He said the FATA people always gave sacrifices for the country, but the rulers did not reward them for these sacrifices.
