Two men allegedly plotted to assassinate Theresa May arrested


(MENAFN) fter being accused of conspiring to assassinate PM Theresa May, two men are set to stand before Westminster Magistrates' Court.

The two suspects, 20 years old Naa'imur Zakariyah Rahman from north London and 21 years old Mohammed Aqib Imran, were confirmed to have been charged with terrorism offences after counter terrorism officers detained them on 28 November.

The accusations against the men include a plot to blast Downing Street security gates and then attack Theresa May with a knife, as understood by the BBC.
