(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- The Ladies Forum of Indian Social Club Salalah organised recently 'Sports Day', an event full of games and fun for the ladies of Salalah. As usual, it was an entertaining evening.
More than 150 ladies participated in the event. Events like lemon race, balloon race, skipping race, etc followed by tambola were the main attractions, in which ladies of all age groups enthusiastically participated. The early bird prize winners were Malini Shah and Ranjeeta Sarangi. Gold medal winners for the various games were Dikshita, Shanti, Sunita, Ranjeeta, Naina, Varsha, Suvarna, Chandra and Nisha. Silver medal winners were Sarita, Chandan, Prajakta, Manjari, Sridevi, Deepti, Shameem, Sabeena and Shridevi. Manpreet Singh, chairman, ISC Salalah, gave away the prizes to the winners along with Girish Kulkarni, treasurer of ISC, Salalah.
The Sports Day was sponsored by Malabar Gold, Mumbai Tadka restaurant, Alpa Boutique and Chikoo Sweets. The Ladies Forum team including Preeti, Preet, Rachana, Purna, Vijaya, Geeta, Pooja, Manju, Savita and Sarla were appreciated for organising this wonderful evening.
