The International Association of HealthCare Professionals is pleased to welcome Flavio A. Gonzalez, Jr., MD, FAAP to their prestigious organization with his upcoming publication in The Leading Physicians of the World. Dr. Gonzalez is a pediatrician at Pediatrics East of New York and is affiliated with New York University, Lenox Hill Hospital, and Mount Sinai Medical Center. With over 17 years of experience, he specializes in neonatology.
Educated at Stony Brook University, Dr. Gonzalez completed a residency at New York University. He was awarded the Champion for Babies Award by the March of Dimes in 2009 and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Medical Association.
Dr. Gonzalez attributes his success to great mentors and his love of pediatrics. When not assisting patients, he enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
