Union Coop Hires 30 Emirati during Q3


(MENAFNEditorial) UAE, Dubai, November 27, 2017:The Human Resources and Emiratisation Department at Union Coop, the largest cooperative in the UAE, revealed that it has hired around 30 Emirati men and women during the third quarter of 2017. This is part of Union Coop's commitment to support Emiratisation efforts, and is motivated by its belief that human resources is an essential element in building sustainable societies.

Ahmad bin Kenaid, Director of the Human Resources and Emiratisation Department at Union Coop said: 'We are committed to the Emiratisation of our human resources wherever applicable and providing the best incentives and advantages to attract skilled citizens. Emiratisation is a top priority for Union Coop, which employees more than 419 Emirati men and women.

'Union Coop provides many advantages to its employees, like enticing wages and benefits and suitable work hours. It also holds many training courses and workshop to improve its employees' skills and expand their knowledge about most recent developments in retail sector, he added.

Union Coop had organized lately an open day at Etihad Mall to appoint a number of Emiratis in several administrative positions.
