Court stays death sentence for Kuwaiti in brother's kill


(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, Nov 21: The Court of Appeals upheld the decision of First Instance Court that sentenced a Kuwaiti man to death for using a hammer to kill his brother in Andalous Area. Ministry of Interior confirmed the victim was pronounced dead after rushing him to a hospital, and the suspect willingly turned himself in at the Andalous Police Station. At the initial stage, the case was presented as a regular traffic accident until security operatives discovered the truth. He confessed the crime was committed due to a family disagreement, and murder case was registered. He was referred to the relevant authority.
