(MENAFN- Morocco World News) Rabat – The President of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF), Fouzi Lekjaa, unveiled a set of required procedures for wishing to travel to Abidjan to cheer on their squad during its upcoming World Cup Qualifier against .

Lekjaa revealed these procedures in a statement given to the Moroccan sports channel Arriayadia on Friday.

Lekjaa announced the arrangement made between FRMF and Royal Air Maroc (RAM) to reduce the price of round-trip tickets to Abdijan from a cost of generally MAD 10,930 to only MAD 2000. This arrangement was made after the federation sent a request to the state owned airline to reduce the price in order to allow more fans to travel to watch the game.

Lekjaa, who is also the 3rd vice president of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), added that fans will be given a ticket to attend the match on the day of the flight.

He continued that Morocco's Ministry of Health will provide people who have flights with a range of vaccines before leaving the country. These vaccines are recommended by the ministry in order to protect fans from various diseases, including yellow fever and Meningitis. The ministry will also provide the Atlas Lions supporters with a set of safety guidelines before their travels.

The Moroccan football squad is only 1 point away from booking a ticket to the World Cup for the first time in 20 years. will face on November 11.
