Malaysia considers searching for MH370

(MENAFN) Malaysia is discussing with US-based marine exploration agency Ocean Infinity to start searching again for Malaysian Airlines MH370, which disappeared in 2014 in the southern Indian Ocean with 239 passengers.

The disappearance of the airplane en route to Beijing from Kuala Lumpur is considered one of the globe's greatest aviation mysteries, after 200m USD ineffective search attempts by Malaysia, China and Australia.

Malaysia said it received proposals to presume searching from Ocean Infinity, Deutch company Fugro and a Malaysian company.

Deputy transport minister of Malaysia said: "Yes, we are negotiating with Ocean Infinity, but the agreement has not been finalised."
