Dr. Irene Ayoyinka Omotoso, MD is a Board Certified Internist. She is the Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Waterfalls Medical Practice, PC in Peachtree City, Georgia.
Dr. Omotoso completed her residency in Internal Medicine and Primary Care at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York in 2003 and has been in Practice since then. Over the years she has been a Hospitalist and served on the Faculty at Morehouse School of Medicine where she was once the Director of Perioperative Medicine.
Waterfalls Medical Practice, PC, provides comprehensive Primary Care to Assisted Living, Personal Care and Nursing home residents in Fayette, Coweta and South Fulton so that residents can enjoy the personal and convenient care of not having to go to a doctor's office for Primary Care and lab work or basic imaging studies. Her practice also makes House Calls in these counties.
Dr Omotoso is a member of The American College of Physicians, Society for Hospital Medicine and Society for Perioperative Assessment and Quality Improvement. Her Article on Lactose Intolerance In African Americans was published in The Journal of National Medical Association and she was honored for The Physician Practice Connections Recognition Program.
On a personal note, Dr. Omotoso, a phenomenal cook and avid reader, enjoys traveling with and watching movies with her husband (also an Internal Medicine Physician) and children. She attributes her success to the grace of God and her family's love and support.
