Industrial selling prices in Tunisia grow by 4.5pct in June


(MENAFN) The index of industrial selling prices increased by 4.5 percent in June this year, as a result of growing prices of manufacturing products by 4.1 percent.

Accordingly, the increase in the prices of products of the manufacturing industry is due to the 6.5 percent increase in prices of products of the food industry.

In addition, on a monthly basis, the index of industrial selling prices for the cited month of the year increased by 0.6 percent, following a 0.7 percent increase in May.

However, a 3.6 percent fall was posted in prices for extractive products from non-energy products resulting from a 5.9 percent decrease in phosphate price.
