A consultative meeting held by dengue fighting teams financed by King Salman Center in Yemen

Aden, 03 Dhu-AlQa'dah,1438 AH, 26 July,2017 , SPA -- A consultative meeting was held here yesterday by monitoring teams in Aden, Taiz and Lahj governorates within the Dengue fever Control Project financed by King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid in the presence of Yemeni Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Nasser Baoum.
During the meeting, Dr. Baoum praised the great role being played by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia represented by King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid and their continuous support for Yemen in these difficult circumstances.
He pointed out that the project to combat dengue fever covers all governorates of Yemen, especially the coastal provinces where the spread of the viral epidemic has started there for some time.
He said, "We have been coordinating with the Ministry of Health in the Kingdom to revive the malaria-free island program.
