Iran has put up on display its ballistic missiles at the Quds Day rally, Tasnim reported.

Back in 1979, the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan was designated by the late founder of the Islamic Republic, Ayatollah Khomeini, as Quds Day to mobilize Muslims worldwide in support of Palestinians and against Israel.

The display included surface-to-surface missiles 'Zolfaghar' (with 2000 km range), 'Qadr' (with 700 km range). The 'Zolfaghar' missiles were used by Iran earlier this week to target ISIL targets in Syria.

Meanwhile, the people of Iran, in large groups of tens of thousands started rallies in the morning, carrying placards and chanting slogans against Israel.
