Morocco- Video: Othman El Ferdaous Advises High School Graduates

(MENAFN- Morocco World News) Rabat – In a new video, Othman El Ferdaous, the young Secretary of State of Investment, shares his expertise with newly graduated high school students.

Choosing the right academic specialty is a difficult ordeal for every baccalaureate graduate. In keeping with that reality, a few days after passing their baccalaureate exams, El Ferdaous published a video addressing this crucial period in every student's life.

Far from moralizing lessons and a chiding discourse on cheating during exams, El Ferdaous gives precious advice to the young and confused students, shedding more light on promising prospects waiting in the industrial sector and the immense future potential it holds.

In the video, the young minister illustrates the needs of young Moroccans to honor the commitments of the industrial acceleration plan, and, above all, within the regionalization Morocco progressively promotes.

"Before the implementation of the industrial acceleration plan, 7,500 direct jobs were created per year in the industrial sector. After its implementation, the sector created more than 57,000 direct jobs per year during the past 3 years," explains El Ferdaous.

"These positive results translate the importance of this sector. The Ministry of Industry deployed great efforts throughout the last three years to examine the needs of the industrial sector to train and develop human resources," the young minister adds.

"Through a partnership with the professional sectors the Ministry managed to collect enough data to forecast the financial and human resources needed in a certain region in a certain sector in the upcoming years."

With respect to the right of access to information, El Ferdaous promises to provide more information and details on social networks and, in particular, via his own Twitter account.
