Riyadh, Ramadan 03, 1438, May 29, 2017, SPA -- The Ministry of Interior has called on citizens traveling to Kazakhstan to register at the immigration center within 6 working days of their entry into the country.
The Director General of Public Relations and Information Directorate at Ministry of Interior, Major General Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Mara'oul, said that the Ministry received reports from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs indicating that citizens visiting Kazakhstan do not register at the Immigration Center which exposes them to penalties for not registering at the center either because they do not know or not be informed of this procedure by Kazakh Embassy in Riyadh or Consulate in Jeddah.
Major General Al-Mara'oul noted that the Ministry of Interior calls upon citizens to adhere to the regulations of the country they wish to travel to so that they will not be penalized, detained and held accountable.
