(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, May 28 (KUNA) -- The Public Authority for Sport (PAS) extended on Sunday mandate of temporary committee managing Kuwait Food Association (KFA) for three months, effective from last Thursday when the mandate officially expired.
The decision to hold a general assembly, scheduled to take place today was canceled, after PAS' extension decision, KFA Secretary General Mohammad Khalil said in a statement.
The statement noted that members of the previous committee will maintain membership, headed by Fawaz Al-Hasawi, Vice President Saad Al-Houti, and members Jawad Maqseed, Salah Al-Hasawi, Khaled Al-Fadhli, Salamah Al-Enezi, Hamed Al-Shaibani, and Dr. Hussain Al-Khudari. (end) fr.mb
