Management Chief Executive Officer Coby Sella

Mr. Sella was appointed CEO of Discretix in August 2010. With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Sella has held numerous senior positions in the development and management of application processors, and in the commercialization of technology for the consumer electronic industry.

Most recently Mr. Sella served as Senior VP and General Manager of Zoran's mobile division (NASDAQ: ZRAN), addressing the digital camera and mobile handset markets. Under his leadership, the digital camera business grew its market share to over 30 percent. Prior to joining Zoran, Mr. Sella held various positions at the DSP Group, IBM and National Semiconductor.

Mr.Sella holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology.

Chief Technology Officer Hagai Bar-El

Hagai Bar-El joined Discretix at its establishment in 2000. He has been working in the field of Information Security Engineering for almost 20 years, and throughout his career he has consulted numerous companies in the telecommunication, banking, industry, defense, and content industries.

Mr. Bar-El is an inventor of several patented and patent-pending technologies related to uses of cryptography and security systems, some of which are deployed in consumer products. He also serves as an expert evaluator for the European Commission, and maintains his security blog.

Mr. Bar-El holds a BA (Cum Laude) in Computer Sciences from the Academic College of Tel-Aviv Yaffo.

Chief Financial Officer Hani Lerman

Hani Lerman currently serves as Discretix CFO and a member of the management team. Ms. Lerman is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in the high tech industry. Prior to joining Discretix she served as the CFO of Storewiz, SunGard Business Integration (a subsidiary of SunGard Data Systems Inc.) and Insider Online. Prior to that she managed the professional practice department at KPMG Israel.

Ms. Lerman has an MBA majoring in Finance from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Economics and Accounting. She is a certified public accountant.

Vice President Marketing Yossi Hermush

Mr. Hermush is an entrepreneur and a high-tech executive with over 15 years of professional experience in marketing, product and business development of software-products in various industries including mobile, ecommerce and the Internet. Prior to joining Discretix, Mr. Hermush was VP Marketing at Celebros - a provider of ecommerce site-search products for online stores. Mr. Hermush co-founded Veon, the inventor of Hypervideo (interactive video) which was sold to Philips, and co-founded Adamind, the providers of mobile content adaptation which was floated on the London Stock Exchange.

Mr. Hermush holds an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Computer Sciences from the Tel-Aviv University.

Vice President Business Development Amit Shofar

Mr. Shofar joined Discretix in 2004 to spearhead up the companys business development and partnership activities. In this capacity he built an embedded security eco-system comprising some of the worlds leading semiconductor, OS, IP and application vendors.

Mr. Shofar also heads the companys expansion into new markets, identifying new and emerging opportunities in the content protection and embedded security market. Prior to joining Discretix, Mr. Shofar spent five years as Director of Technical Services for Trivnet, a provider of e/m-Payment platforms, where he oversaw all of the pre-sales and technical support functions.

Mr. Shofar holds a BA in Computer Science and Business Administration from Tel Aviv University.

Vice President Marketing Asaf Shen

Mr. Shen joined Discretix in 2005 and has accumulated extensive engineering and marketing experience in security related IP products. Previously, he served as Director of Product Management and Product Marketing for the companys IP product portfolio. Prior to that he served as Discretix VLSI team manager and IP projects manager. Before joining Discretix, Mr. Shen was a VLSI team manager at Tioga Technologies, a spinoff of its parent company, Orckit Communications.

Mr. Shen holds a BSc (Cum Laude) in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Vice President Sales Edo Ganot

Mr. Ganot joined Discretix in 2003, and manages the company's worldwide Sales, Business Development, Alliances, and Corporate Marketing activities.

Prior to joining Discretix, Mr. Ganot was EVP, Strategic Alliances & Marketing for Trivnet, a provider of e /m-Payment platforms for the wireless market and Worldwide Marketing Manager, Business Management Solutions for Scitex Corp. Before that, he held Sales Management positions at ART Inc., a provider of voice and handwriting recognition solutions for the embedded wireless market.

Mr. Ganot received his MBA in Marketing and Finance from Tel Aviv University and his BA in Economics and Business Administration from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Vice President Development Yaron Magber

Yaron MagberYaron Magber manages the Discretix multidisciplinary Research and Development team. Mr. Magber has more than 16 years of experience in software, VLSI engineering and technology management in numerous markets including mobile and information security. Before joining Discretix, Mr. Magber served as Senior Director of Software and VLSI at Siano Mobile Silicon. Prior to that he served as Senior Applications Group Manager at Zoran (formerly Emblaze Semiconductor) where he was responsible for embedded software development on a multimedia co-processor. From 1999-2003 he served as software team leader for Cyber-Ark, where he was responsible for developing an end-to-end security and information sharing solution.

A veteran of the IDF Intelligence Corps, Mr. Magber holds a B.Sc., Magna Cum Laude, in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.

Vice President Shira Regev

Ms. Regev joined Discretix in 2010, bringing with her extensive experience in organizational planning and business development.

Before joining Discretix, Ms. Regev consulted various companies on start-up formation and management. Prior to that she held various positions at Intel Corporation in Israel and the US. Most recently, she served as Business Development Manager for the Mobility Group and as Senior Business Development Manager for the Mobile Platform Group.

Ms. Regev received her MA in Group Leadership from Lesley University and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Ben-Gurion University in Beer Sheva.

Sales Ran Shenhar

Ran Shenhar is a Communication Systems Engineer (B.Sc, MBA) currently working on Discretix's secure communication products.
Mr. Shenhar had been working in the mobile space since 2008, and in telecommunications since 2003.

Director Gary Gannot

Gary joined Genesis Partners in 2000, focusing on semiconductor and communications investments. He is currently a board member at SolarEdge, SiSense, Sckipio, VisIC, B-Solar and Lucid.

Prior to joining Genesis Partners, Gary was co-founder and COO of RelayHealth, an e-health company that facilitates web-based communication between patients and their physicians. Gary joined RelayHealth from Exemplar Logic, a leader in FPGA design automation software, where he served as VP Engineering. Earlier, Gary spent five years at Intel, where he participated in the design of the 486 microprocessor.

Gary is a retired pilot of the Israeli Air Force and holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.

Director Haim Sadger

Director Martin Gibson

Martin has been active in international technology start-ups and venture capital for 18 years and focuses on the communications and semiconductor sectors.

Prior to Accel, Martin was a Partner at Atlas Venture in London where he invested primarily in communications and semiconductor businesses for 9 years. Whilst at Atlas Venture Martin sat on the boards of DisplayLink, Phyworks, Azea Networks (acquired by Xtera), and Zinwave. He also worked closely with Orthogon Systems (acquired by Motorola), Icera Semiconductor, Ubiquisys, Radioscape and Xelerated. Previously, he was a general manager and consultant at Scientific Generics, a business & technology consulting firm, focused on technology-driven commercial products. Earlier in his career, while at start-ups Cellstack and Madge Networks, he was responsible for video and data communications products for enterprise markets. He also worked within ANSI and the ATM Forum defining new communications standards.

Director Isaac Hillel

Isaac has extensive experience in international general management in the IT industry, with strong knowledge of the European marketplace.

Prior to joining Pitango in early 2000, Isaac served as an Executive Vice President at NEC Computers International (previously Packard Bell NEC) (‘NEC'), in charge of the Computer Divisions in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

During his tenure at NEC, he established the operation in Europe, set up subsidiaries and manufacturing facilities across Europe, managed mergers and joint ventures, and led the company to become the leading brand in the computer market with over $1.5 billion in sales.He also served as a Board member of nine subsidiaries of NEC, a member of NEC's Executive Committee, and Chairman of its Worldwide Internet Strategy Committee.

Isaac previously held several marketing positions with consumer electronics maker Casio PhoneMate. He holds a B.Sc.

Director Randy Ditzler

"Randy Ditzler is a Partner with Sequoia Capital Israel and focuses on systems and software investments.

Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 2004, Randy served as the CEO of Actona Technologies (CSCO). Prior to joining Actona, Randy was the Founder & CEO of Telegis Networks. Earlier, Randy was the Founder & CEO of MarketOne Builders and before that the President & CEO of Freestone Investments.

Randy has a BS in Industrial Technology from California State University in Fresno."

Ofir Zukovsky

Ofir Zukovsky joined Time To Know in 2011, bringing with him over 15 years of experience as a senior sales and business development executive.

Before joining Time To Know, Ofir spent five years at Discretix, a world leader in embedded security and digital content protection, where he managed the global sales operations of their software solutions division.

Prior to that, he worked for 10 years at NICE Systems (NASDAQ:NICE) heading their business development activities in Central and Eastern Europe.

Ofir holds a B.A. in economics and an M.B.A. in Business Managementfrom the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa.

Mr. Salomon founded Discretix and led it as CEO from inception until August 2010

Prior to founding Discretix, Mr. Salomon was Product Manager at Intel Corporation's Cellular Communication Division (CCD), where he held full responsibility for the CDMA, PDC, TDMA and W-CDMA R & D Groups. Mr. Salomon began his career in the semiconductor industry at Intel, where he served as the Validation Manager of the first Pentium MMX chip developed at Intel Israel. He also held the position of Product Manager at DSPC.

Mr. Salomon holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the Recanati Graduate School of Business.
