(MENAFN) Nakheel, one of the globe's pioneering developers has proclaimed a net profit of USD403mn for the first quarter of the year.
Moreover, the developer has handed more than 412 land form and built form units to customers amid the cited quarter, with its retail, hospitality and residential leasing businesses.
In addition, it also awarded construction deals worth USD1.36bn, inked agreements with two renowned Thai hotel ops, opened its fifth retail pavilion and proclaimed investment of USD41mn.
The developer is set to award another USD1.08bn worth of deals in the second quarter, while continuing to expand its retail, hospitality and residential leasing businesses.
