Asking a girlfriend's hand has become more sophisticated. Bowing down to the ground and giving flowers as a gift and, of course, presenting a ring are now the foundations of a marriage proposal.
This was how a high school lover chose to break the question to his sweetheart. In a video that recently went viral, a young man is seen proposing to a young lady while their school mates stood around watching and filming the unusual scene.
However, it seems that most YouTube didn't like what they saw. Is this an indication that Moroccans have a problem appreciating romance?
