(MENAFN - Muscat Daily) Muscat- With the theme of 'Many Smiles, Many Fries', New York Fries, Oman, organised a day out for children with special needs at #Oman
Avenues Mall on Thursday. Forty children from the Hams al Atheer Centre were treated with special fries, followed by entertainment.
The cause was to raise awareness for special needs children as well as to host for them a special day full of fun and frolic. What better way could they have celebrated their one year anniversary but in the company of these lovely little bundles of joy.
Sneha Trikha, assistant manager, Sales and Marketing of Jawad Sultan Restaurants, for New York Fries, said, 'We at New York Fries are sincerely committed to honest causes in our society. Our motto is always to spread happiness and joy among people. The boys and girls were full of life and enthusiasm and their smiles with our fries added the much needed beauty to our restaurant.'
Sneha said that the team at New York Fries was happy to support the World Down Syndrome Week. 'The dedicated teachers and supervisors atHams al Atheer Centre have been committed to devote their efficiency for these children and we at New York Fries have been a small addition to the cause,' she added.
During the three-hour event, the children were provided fries, hot dogs and drinks. They were also provided with a yellow and white set of balloons as farewell gifts with a colouring book and set of crayons to help these lovely kids be even more creative than they are. Junaid Kader, general manager, Jawad Sultan Restaurants, said, "Happiness is in sharing and as part of our anniversary celebrations at New York Fries, we are happy to share happiness and smiles with these lovely children."
