MANAMA, April 10: The Commercial Real Estate Development Company in Bahrain owned by The Commercial Real Estate Company in Kuwait has signed the construction contract of its first project in the Kingdom of Bahrain 'Al Tijaria Tower', worth approximately BD 16 million with Fundament Contracting Company as the main contractor and Arab architects as the main consultant and it is scheduled for completion within 26 months.
Al Tijaria Residential Tower is one of the finest residential projects in the Kingdom, strategically located across the diplomatic area in the heart of Manama. The unique architecture of the building and the multiple features combined position the tower as a landmark in contemporary living, providing luxury, comfort, and practical life services. The project is built on a land area of 3,856 sqm, towering up to 46 floors with total of 351 sea view apartments, comprising studios, one, two and three bedroom units. it consists of 6 spacious parking floors, 1 dedicated floor for facilities and amenities, 10 floors for Symphony Furnished Apartments and 39 floors of freehold units. The Amenity floor accommodates a business center, café, kids play area, separated gyms for men and women, basketball court, spa, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and outdoor dining restaurant.
The signing ceremony has been attended by Chairman Abdulfatah Marafie, Vice-Chairman Adwan Al-Adwani, Board Members Ibrahim Al-Ghanim, Eng Abdulmutaleb Marafie and Chief Executive Officer of the Commercial Real Estate Development Company Fawaz Ebrahim, Managing Director of Fundament Ali Ahmed Al-Derazi and Chief Executive Officer of Arab Architects Mazen Araiqat.
