13 people died in Texas church bus crash


(MENAFN) In Texas, at least 13 people died and two injured after a Texas church bus carrying senior citizens collided with a vehicle on the road.

In details, spokesman of the Texas Department of Public Safety said that the bus had 14 people abroad when it collided with a pickup truck carrying one person, and the cause of the crash is being investigated.

About 80 miles (130 km) west of San Antonio the vehicles crashed when the truck was crossing the line.

The San Antonio Express-News said on its website, according to a spokesman for the Texas Department of Public Safety that the truck driver was airlifted to a San Antonio hospital, and the survivor who was on the bus is in stable condition in the hospital.
