Qatar- Prime Minister meets Boris Johnson and Amber Rudd

Prime Minister and Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani met at his residence in London yesterday with the UK Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson, on the occasion of the Qatar-UK Business and Investment Forum held in London and Birmingham.
Talks during the meeting dealt with bilateral relations between the two countries and means of enhancing and promoting them in all fields to achieve the common interests of both sides.
A number of regional and international issues of common concern were also reviewed.
The Prime Minister also met at the Home Office in London with Home Secretary Amber Rudd. He praised the level of cooperation and coordination between the ministries of interior of both countries, expressing hope that the continuous meetings between the two sides would lead to higher levels of cooperation and contribute to maintaining security in the State of Qatar and the United Kingdom.
The UK Home Secretary praised coordination between the two ministries in security issues, especially in combating terrorism and money laundering.
The Prime Minister and the British Home Secretary witnessed the signing of two security cooperation agreements for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
Meanwhile, the Prime Minister yesterday visited the Joint Terrorism Analysis Center (JTAC) in London. The Prime Minister met with Head of JTAC Susan Parker and discussed cooperation between the center and Qatar's Ministry of Interiors.
The Prime Minister also met with the Director General of the Security Service Andrew Parker and reviewed relations anc cooperationin the security and information exchange fields.
