Dead Sea, March 28 (Petra) - His Majesty King Abdullah II, on Tuesday, met with Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, and discussed with him ways to enhance ties between Jordan and Qatar in various fields, to serve the two brotherly peoples.
The meeting, which was held on the Dead Sea shores, dealt with developments in the Arab world and activating and institutionalizing joint Arab action to face challenges facing the region.
The meeting also tackled the importance the Arab summit hosted by Jordan in bringing Arab countries together and strengthening their unity, to achieve the Arab nation's interests and serve its just causes, in addition to the main topics to be addressed at the summit.
