The Cabinet commended Kingdom's contribution to the International Fund for the Protection of Cultural Heritage, at Risk of Armed Conflict, during a donor conference held, in Paris, expressing confidence that establishment of the Fund would contribute to preserve cultural and world heritage, appreciating joint initiative of the United Arab Emirates, France and UNESCO to protect world heritage.
It reviewed, also, the minister added, various topics on its agenda, including issues co-studied with Shura Council and concluded that:
Firstly: Approval of Crown Prince, Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior submission of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), following considering Shura Council Resolution for cooperation, in the field of private financial information exchange, related to money laundering and financing of terrorism between the General Department of Financial Investigation, at the Ministry of Interior of Saudi Arabia and the Sudanese Financial Information Unit, signed, in Riyadh on 4/11/1437, and a royal decree has been prepared, in this regard.
Secondly: Approval mandating President of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage - or his deputy - to discuss with the Georgian side a draft of memorandum of understanding for cooperation, in the field of tourism between the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage and Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of the Republic of Georgia, signing it, and submit the final version, to complete formal procedures.
