China intends to provide new high-speed train service


(MENAFN) China revealed that it aims to launch a modern high-speed train service connecting between the central industrial hub of Wuhan and Zhuhai City on the southern coast during April.

Additionally, the government said the new service is expected to allow a solo trip of 5 hours and 14 minutes to cover the 1,123 km distance.

Moreover, Ticket sales have begun on Tuesday for the new service, which is planned to start operation on April 16.

The Wuhan Railway Bureau also added starting from April, all main train services through Wuhan is likely be adjusted either for higher speeds or added trains and carriages.
