Qatar- QIC insured offers motor claims via WhatsApp

QIC Insured, Qatar's leading insurer and the retail arm of QIC, yesterday announced the launch of a new service reporting motor claims directly through the call center or via WhatsApp
Now QIC Insured policyholders only need to call 8000 742 or send a WhatsApp message to 50000742 to file a motor claim after an accident. The business hours for QIC Insured's call centre and WhatsApp service are from 7 am till 10 pm, Saturday till Thursday.
Registering the claim is done in a few easy steps; Report the accident to the traffic department and get the police report and with the report call 8000 742 or simply send a WhatsApp message to 50000742 to register the motor claim
All that's left then is to drop the car at the assigned workshop for repair
Speaking at the launch of this new service Fahad Mohamed Al Suwaidi (pictured), Senior Claims Manager (Motor) said, 'The new service offers customers the ease of filing motor claims directly without having to deal with unnecessary delays caused by navigating heavy traffic to go a branch or waiting in a line to file a claim.
