Latin America plans to develop aviation infrastructure

(MENAFN) International Air Transport Association (IATA) stated that Latin America should improve aviation infrastructure and relax regulations that limit the industry's expansion.

Accordingly, the IATA's regional vice president for the Americas talked with Xinhua in Panama City, where the association of over 260 airlines worldwide opened modern area office to attend to carriers in 7 Central American countries.

The IATA also said that the aviation industry in Central America is not increasing as fast as it should.
