Arab League chief discusses Libyan conflict with officials


(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Cairo: The Arab League Secretary-General Dr Ahmed Aboul Ghait held a consultative meeting at the League's headquarters with special representative of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) Secretary-General Martin Kobler and African Union (AU) high representative for Libya Jakaya Kikwete. The meeting was held under Troika which was formed to coordinate the efforts to settle Libyan conflict.
Thee meeting aimed to continue efforts between all three organisations to encourage dialogue in accordance with the political agreement signed in the Moroccan town of Skhirat in December 2015.
