(MENAFN) Dubai-based Emaar Properties PJSC will launch Creek Gate, a new residential project in Dubai Creek Harbour next week, registered brokers told Zawya Projects.
According to a real estate agent aware of the project details said: "The hi-rise tower will be located in the Island district and is expected to be completed in 2020."
In details, the unit sizes range from 645 square feet to 1,490 square feet. No details were shared on the number of units or construction tender timeline.
However, Reuters reports showed in November that the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) listed Emaar recorded 36% increase in 2016 third quarter net profit at USD313.1m against USD229.5m profit for the corresponding period in 2015.
