(MENAFN) Industry data showed that the Romanian mergers and acquisitions market has increased by 23% year on year in the past year.
The data also revealed the year 2016 was extraordinarily good in Romania's mergers and acquisitions (M&A) market.
Moreover, financial advisory partner with Deloitte Romania said that a total of 85 transactions cost over 5 million euros were carried out in Romania in the previous year.
On the other hand, the data stated that the biggest transaction was the takeover of the Ursus Breweries by Japan's Asahi in December.
