New Zealand business confidence stays high in 2016

(MENAFN) A survey showed that rebounding dairy prices and an increasing construction sector have boosted New Zealand's business confidence in Q4 of 2016.

The New Zealand Institute of Economic Research (NZIER) announced that business confidence remained high by the end of the previous year.

Moreover, NZIER further stated the sustained recovery in global dairy prices has assisted higher business confidence in the rural areas in 2016.

On the other hand, business confidence was better in the building section, stressing the strong demand in construction.
