Singapore's new private homes sales shrink 4.4% in December

(MENAFN) The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) data showed that Singapore's private home sales have decreased by 4.4% year-on-year during the past month.

Accordingly, URA further added sales of private homes in December were 57.3% lower than the previous month.

On the other hand, URA posted that by including excluding executive condominiums almost 580 units were purchased in the previous month.

However, only 90 units were opened for sale in December due to the traditionally quiet year-end period.
