(MENAFN) Nakheel is calling for construction proposals for AED5bn Deira Islands Boulevard, which will release a tender for the establishment of 2.924 apartments.
Accordingly, reaching up to 21 floors, the 16 towers will be built in four clusters, each containing almost 670 one, two and three bedroom apartments.
Moreover, the project will also contain two hotels, two serviced apartment complexes and two residential with a building tender.
The firm is also building homes to lease at Jebel Ali, Nad Al Sheba, Palm Jumeirah and Jumeriah Heights.
