Nokia to file more lawsuits against Apple


(MENAFN) Telecoms networks equipment maker, Nokia, announced it had filed a lawsuit against Apple Inc. in Asia, Europe, and the United States.

Finnish firm said it was suing Apple over violating 32 technology patents, and it had now filed 40 patents suits in 11 countries.

Moreover, Nokia shares were down nearly 5% at 4.496 euro, while analysts warned a legal battle with Apple could hold up royalty payments that are vital to shoring up the Finnish company's profits.
